Meet Rachel Harrison

Therapist, LPC

She/Her/Hers

I am passionate about fostering a safe, creative, and open-minded environment where my clients can have an opportunity to practice resiliency and personal growth. My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship issues, stress-related disorders, eating disorders, and women's issues.

I have also noticed that, despite what brings clients to therapy, I especially love to help them work towards fulfilling their hopes and ambitions, rediscovering pleasures (especially those that might have gotten lost during childhood), reconnecting to their bodies through rhythm and movement, and helping heal the inner child who was perhaps forced to grow up too fast.

I engage in treatment through a person-centered approach. By focusing on the client’s strengths, I help them reach their goals in a mindful approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my treatment approach.

Currently not accepting new clients.
