Meet Justine Buzalka

Therapist, LPC

She/Her/Hers

I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but I firmly believe that within each of us lies the strength to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through a strengths-based approach, I help clients (both individuals and couples) recognize their resilience, break free from past patterns, and build the foundation needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I feel most excited as a therapist when I am helping clients navigate and figure out life transitions and changes, helping those in relationships (of all kinds) better understand one another and each other’s perspectives, helping clients increase their self-confidence through role-play and real-life skill-building and learning how to compassionately process past traumas and behaviors that are no longer helpful and understand what would be more helpful to them now..

I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples from all backgrounds, identities and adult ages, honoring each person’s unique experiences with empathy and respect. I blend a Feminist therapeutic approach with Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapies into my work along with honest communication, challenging when needed and humor whenever appropriate. I would love the opportunity to support you in becoming a more open, vulnerable and genuine person.

Currently has waitlist for new clients.
