Meet Rachel Harrison
Therapist, LPC
She/Her/Hers
I am dedicated to creating a supportive, open, and creative space where my clients can explore their resilience and personal growth. My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and women's issues.
I have also noticed that, despite what brings clients to therapy, I especially love to help them work towards fulfilling their hopes and ambitions, rediscovering pleasures, reconnecting to their bodies through rhythm and movement, and building a life that aligns with their passions.
I engage in treatment through a person-centered approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my treatment with clients. ACT encourages you to accept whatever you are thinking and feeling, rather than fighting against it, while focusing on living a life that’s true to your values.
Currently accepting new clients. Book here.
I am passionate about fostering a safe, creative, and open-minded environment where my clients can have an opportunity to practice resiliency and personal growth.
