Meet Rachel Harrison
Therapist, LPC
She/Her/Hers
I assist my clients in navigating life’s transitions and finding meaning within them. I believe that growth often emerges from moments of uncertainty and that therapy can be a powerful space to explore identity, purpose, and direction. My approach honors where you’ve been while supporting you in creating a life that feels aligned, intentional, and true to you. I encourage my clients to feel empowered in their decisions and to build a life that reflects their values. You are the driver in our sessions and I’m here to help with the map. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and supported.
Utilizing values and self-exploration, I assist clients with acknowledging what matters most in their lives and assist them with bringing that back into their day-to-day lives. This work honors holding space for life’s difficulties while recognizing our inherent ability to change, heal, and move forward. I engage in treatment through a person-centered approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my treatment with clients.
Currently accepting new clients. Book here.
I am passionate about fostering a safe, creative, and open-minded environment where my clients can have an opportunity to practice resiliency and personal growth.
