Meet Lindsay Humbel

Therapist, LPC & Studio Coordinator

She/Her/Hers

Have you ever felt you must navigate life alone, that relying on others is wrong, or that you’re not enough or too much? If so, I invite you to join me in the counseling space where you can find relief from these pressures and comfortably be yourself. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere to openly express yourself by also being honest, authentic, and vulnerable myself.

I have experience working with adults on a variety of issues including those related to identity, relationships, life transitions, grief, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and stress-related disorders. My therapeutic approach is personalized and prioritizes the therapeutic connection, utilizing a variety of techniques and interventions to meet the different needs of each client. I especially enjoy helping people heal from past experiences of isolation and rejection to build intimate and reciprocal relationships with others. I also work with people to reconnect with themselves and their emotions to nurture greater self-compassion and self-knowledge.

With an approach consisting of relational-cultural, existential and feminist components, I am passionate about and have additional training in working with queer individuals and athletes. Together, let’s discover a life that celebrates and honors your individuality while fulfilling your natural desire to connect with others.

Currently accepting new clients. Book here.
