Meet Kate Satler

Therapist, LPC

She/Her/Hers

My priority is to create a safe and nurturing space where my clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood. In building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and respect, I aim to empower my clients to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve their personal goals.

I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as three to adults. My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I employ DBT, CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care to address a range of emotional and psychological issues. Additionally, I incorporate creative and expressive techniques including art, sand tray therapy, and play therapy to facilitate healing and self-expression.

I specialize in treating eating disorders with a compassionate and holistic approach. My goal is to help clients heal by focusing on the emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of their eating disorder. A significant part of my work involves exploring body image and self-esteem, empowering clients to develop a more positive relationship with food and their bodies.

Currently accepting new clients. Book here.
