Meet Sarah Cuturic
Therapist, LPC
She/Her
What is life? What does it mean to be human! Life can feel like a never-ending process of figuring things out and figuring them out again. The universe won’t stop throwing us painful, challenging, exciting curveballs; it’s a part of the deal. How do we come out on the other side feeling peaceful and whole? Whether it’s loss, gain, or plain old change, having someone alongside you can make all the difference.
As a therapist, I rely on deep listening, unstructured conversation, and curiosity. I aim to be a steady, nonjudgmental presence with clients, and I hope to help them cultivate that same sort of nonjudgmental view of themselves. I try to help the people I work with tap into the compassionate observer that we all have deep within us, so they consider their thoughts, feelings, and relationships in a new way. I work supportively alongside my clients, so they can make sense of it all, on their own terms.
My approach is influenced by existentialism, feminism, and mindfulness - I prioritize humanity over pathology. I believe that non-pressurized, wide-open space can be an absolute game changer. There’s not a lot of spaces like that in our society, but I hope to be one.
Currently accepting new clients. Book here.
What drives my work as a counselor is the steadfast belief that humans are inherently creative, capable, and resilient.
